Question Any solution for the latest ddos exploit

We face many attacks on our server and i am sure they are attacks by that exploit
Any way to stop them ?

Ps : i use iGC as Host

Some INFO :
Its a exploit based on UDP flood to target Reunion ( as Reunion doesnt have any checks for this )
There is no update from reunion yet

Recommended :
Try via firewall rules ( Hitcount )
But as i see you use iGC then you can try not recommended one

Not Recommended :
Dproto ! ( As it has that check )

i have the solution for that ...

open your root and try the following command :

iptables -A INPUT -p udp -m udp -m state --state NEW -m recent --set --name UDP --rsource


iptables -A INPUT -p udp -m udp -m state --state NEW -m recent --update --seconds 1 --hitcount 10 --name UDP --rsource -j DROP

sudo iptables -L

iptables -A INPUT -p udp -m udp -m state --state NEW -m recent --set --name UDP --rsource


iptables -A INPUT -p udp -m udp -m state --state NEW -m recent --update --seconds 1 --hitcount 10 --name UDP --rsource -j DROP

sudo iptables -L
